I am a an administrator on English Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Xaosflux) While attempting to update user rights (-autopatrolled) for another user, the rights did not update, however a log entry reflecting the change was entered. Log Entry is seen here: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ALog&type=rights&user=Xaosflux&page=User%3ARjwilmsiBot&year=&month=-1&tagfilter= No changes to rights were made, and the account still has (bot, reviewer, autopatrolled) as seen here: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:ListUsers&offset=&limit=1&username=RjwilmsiBot&group= If this is an actual conflict, a log entry should not be produced.
When checking today, the account change processed and now matches the log entry. Root Cause of the error was never determined.
