Otherwise, we might get a repetition of the comedy of errors from https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/143324/ where people didn't notice failing tests.

The tests are still failing apparently.  Whenever they are ready one would have to edit Zuul configuration file:

Clone: ssh://gerrit.wikimedia.org:29418/integration/zuul-config.git

Edit layout.yaml

Remove the block that says:

   - name: ^mwext-PageTriage-testextensions-master
    # Has an insert that introduces multiple values, that
    # requires SQLite v3.7.11
    voting: false

Send that for review to Gerrit.  It can then be merged and deployed by people having Jenkins sudo rights on on gallium.wikimedia.org :

  members: [bd808, demon, krinkle, reedy, marktraceur]
