Topic action menu zoomed 150% in Chromium on beta labs.

Press Ctrl-+ four times to zoom in.
In both Firefox and Chromium on Ubuntu, the [...] action menu for topics and posts shifts to the bottom right of the topic or post. And when you roll over it, the menu appears full-width within the topic titlebar or post.  See attached screenshot.
