I've created a new topic at http://ee-flow.wmflabs.org/wiki/Talk:Sandbox

That entry is not showing up in my watchlist. 

It doesn't appear in my watchlist until I perform an action on the post/topic (edit, reply, summarize, moderate).

If another account (Bob) makes the topic, and I (Alice) subscribe to the topic, it still doesn't show up in my watchlist.
