On English wikipedia it works and is pretty fast:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Nearby

On Latvian it gives error saying that nothing is found nearby:
https://lv.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Nearby

On Estonian and Lithuanian it is loading forever
https://lt.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Specialus:Nearby
https://et.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eri:L%C3%A4hikond

Does anyone knows where to look to solve this problem?

Coordinates don't appear in our database magically, you need to embed the harvesting parser function into your templates, e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Coord&diff=526665541&oldid=368854805

I updated the template for Latvian WP, it is working now.

Nearby link is very prominent in mobile version. Is it ok, that it is up to users of wiki to fix this thing?
