I think it will be great to have "Special:UnusedFiles" appear like "Special:ListFiles" to at least allows some kind of sorting and table pager navigation.

This will include suggesting 2) from bug 34331 [1].

Oh my gosh, full of typos: allows -> allow and suggesting -> suggestion.

In case the miser mode note [1] applies for the user name selection, too doing it without this option is still heaps better than the current state of the page.
