Steps:

1. Open http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/7thfeb?veaction=edit
2. Scroll to bottom
3. Select the gallery
4. Cursor right
5. Press a letter.

Expected outcome: Cursor ends up in slug after the gallery, with an 'a' in it; focus stays.

Actual outcome: Focus moves to the top of the document, then restores when 'a' is typed.

From other reports it sounds like this may be happening for all focusable nodes, not just galleries.
