ok so what is wrong here?
If the user adds Test_ in the page-field, loads that article and reverts an edit, it will say Message re. Test_ in the edit summary, even if the "real" pagename is just Test. (Pages can't have _ in the name, they work like spaces.) It should therefore get the page name from the article it self or something and not what's in the page-field...or something....
