Environments-test2

Steps-
1> open a page in VE.
2> Insert ->Media. 
3>Select to add a media file. Opens the Media Settings dialog.
4>Now click on “Caption” pane and Select to insert a Link .
5> Click on the style text menu to select the Language and type some text. See screenshot.
6> Now move the cursor to the link, notice the link icon is not appearing, but the icon in the toolbar does get selected. 
7>Now  try to insert a new link by selecting the link icon on toolbar, does not open the link inspector and the text in the pane gets typed as normal text.

Yeah, this is not very good.

Cannot reproduce it anymore in test2 or beta.

Issue fixed in test2.
