Description Dan Garry 2014-07-29 19:46:02 UTC
I've got strange contributions appearing my contributions, allegedly to Flow boards. See https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/DGarry_(WMF). I have no idea what these are or what caused them.
Comment 1 Quiddity 2014-07-29 21:57:53 UTC
They're triggered by the first user to view a new page in the Topic namespace. That should be fixed by (the recently merged) https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/149337/
Comment 2 Jon 2014-09-04 13:26:56 UTC
Dan are you referring to these entries:
05:55, 29 July 2014 (diff | hist) . . (+1)‎ . . N Topic:Rv7ua1uz3bwaak04 ‎ (→‎Taken over by Flow) (current)
05:55, 29 July 2014 (diff | hist) . . (+1)‎ . . N Topic:Rv7mhkhvm6e8vjjs ‎ (→‎Taken over by Flow) (current)

?
Is this still an issue (the patch Quiddity pointed to has been merged)?
Comment 3 Dan Garry 2014-09-04 15:17:51 UTC
It's still an issue in the sense that those weird entries are still in my list of contributions. But I think it makes sense to close this bug as fixed if that's not going to happen moving forwards, and just not worry about the strange entries in my contributions on mediawiki.org. :-)
