Description Steven Walling 2014-07-30 01:53:40 UTC
Expected behavior: I should be able to hit Enter after completing a form, and it submits.

Current error: with JavaScript off, hitting Enter sends the user to Search, rather than submitting the form.

Steps to replicate:

1. Turn off JavaScript in your browser.
2. Visit https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:UserLogin&type=signup or another wiki
3. Complete the form, including the CAPTCHA
4. Hit enter/return

Can not reproduce. What browser were you using, and what field did you have selected when you hit enter?

Also, are you sure it didn't just return you to the search page because you were there when you clicked the "Create account" link, i.e. it was in your returnto?

Safari, and the CAPTCHA field.

Yes. The account was not created.

Let me retest to confirm.
