Flow QA tests and me are getting pink errorbox trying to add a topic: "Exception Caught: could not locate workflow for revision rzgrj0yczldzlxw2" Maybe Gerrit change #149114 "No recentchange entry inserted for new topics" will fix this as well as bug 68412?
