this report is not very useful because it does not describe the problem well. Please read https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/How_to_report_a_bug and add a more useful description to this report.

thats with huggle3.1.0beta.exe? That is only the raw executable, without the other files normally included in the installer.

1) Install Huggle if you haven't already: <https://github.com/huggle/huggle3-qt-lx/releases/download/3.0.6/huggle_3.0.6.exe>
2) Then put the exe in the installation dir of huggle (where huggle.exe is).
3) run huggle3.1.0beta.exe :-)
