When running php5 phpunit.php with attachment 16112 [details] and some more extensions, on master, labs-vagrant (Ubuntu 2014-04): Error: 1146 Table 'wiki.unittest_phalanx' doesn't exist ()

I'm inclined to close this as WONTFIX, because Phalanx is ugly and it desperately needs to go away in favor of better solutions.

The thing is that right now while global AbuseFilter(s) might be a thing, there's no good global user blocking solution. The GlobalBlocking extension so far does only IP blocks, and CentralAuth generally speaking isn't wanted when using $wgSharedDB & $wgSharedTables. Hence Phalanx is still needed, sadly.
