jlocal allow to run cron job directly on tools-submit, that's a work-arpund for #54786 , but actually this workaround is useless for me because the job I want to start are in a user db and :

tools.phetools@tools-submit:~$ sql local
ERROR 1129 (HY000): Host '10.68.17.1' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

Working now, someone fixed it.

It's not FIXED unless you actually know that someone did something to fix it.

Closing as WORKSFORME as reporter cannot reproduce anymore.
