1) Open https://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Wikipedia_Signpost/2014-07-23/News_and_notes#editor/0

I. Expected: I see a text area.
II. Observed: At first, I didn't understand this was one. I only realised thanks to the Firefox spellchecker, which highlights possible errors in red but only in text areas.

The editing text area needs some visual clue to distinguish it from the rest of the chrome and from the wiki content.

Hmm, isn't the "Editing Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/2014-07-23/News and notes" headline enough? Just a thought :)

I've added the design keyword in case they want to consider that and revisit the design.
