The class generic::packages::git-core doesn't exist anymore; the class misc::package-builder has the comment:

| # You should really use one of the two role class instead:

| # - role::package::builder::labs

I use the latter in Toolsbeta, and it works fine.

And in both cases it would probably be nice to see if there are instances with those classes enabled so that the project owners could be pinged.
