If data retrieval from the remote wiki fails, try again after the data has been made available. If the page ID doesn't exist anymore, then probably it was deleted. Wait for the undeletion event before polling for the data again. This should probably have an mbq_status of "pagedeleted" or something. After the undeletion happens, these can all be changed back to "needsrev".
