Observed on twn. 46 tasks, starting 2014-07-31 have 3 attempts. Niklas thinks it has to do with his HHVM work.

Corrected component. I've switched back to PHP and no new complaints since then. The remaining jobs are still to be resurrected.

It's very hard to act on this report -- there are no logs and no steps for reproducing the issue. Please re-open if you can still reproduce this.
