All users who have access to the logs on deployment-bastion via tailing log files should be able to use logstash.

The password should be placed in a mode 0600 file in ~root rather than a page on office.wikimedia.org.

Password has been placed in deployment-bastion:/root/secrets.txt

The apache auth message that is given needs to be updated to tell people how to find it (eg "ssh deployment-bastion; sudo cat /root/secrets.txt")
