Each canned edit summaries on the iOS app takes a whole edit summary. I think that is too much; I'd expect them to appear on one line when there is room.

See the screenshot for an example. It's from the Hebrew app on iPod touch.

Ok, can confirm it's same in English so not an RTL bug. :D I think we tried this initially but there were some wrapping issues. Monte do you remember?
Comment 2 Monte Hurd 2014-08-09 10:06:12 UTC
Yes that is correct. It's a wrapping issue.

When we were originally coming up with the designs for this, we weren't sure what kinds of edit summaries we were going to put on these buttons, or how many we'd have. In the end we settled for short and snappy summaries, using the idea that people making quick edits shouldn't have to spend 30 seconds or so writing an edit summary when they only spent 5 seconds on the edit screen. That's led to the buttons being quite short and it's probably safe to wrap them around.

Let's be sure to check with our designers first though. :-)

And of course, test in German, Polish etc languages that tend to have longer words!
Comment 5 Monte Hurd 2014-08-09 10:32:38 UTC
I don't think we should wrap these.
