This extension looks like a...no words for that. This needs a lot of work to get this extension back to work. The Extension page https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:WYSIWYG say's, that this extension isn't maintainend/supported anymore, so i would suggest to remove it from Wikimedia git.

If the request is to remove its code from Wikimedia Git, say so in the summary. :) Adjusting it.
(Plus I have no idea why people test ancient unsupported rotting codebases :)
