For the first time in a while, I found characters in an article that don't get rendered in the app. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/APL_(programming_language)#Examples

On my desktop, this symbol and others display properly: ⍋

On the app, they show up as rectangles. (I'm running Android 4.4.4.)

There's not much we can do about specific Unicode characters missing from the system fonts in Android.  And we've already made the decision not to package custom fonts within the app (for some good reasons).

One possible solution to this might be to edit the page and write the APL symbols using LaTeX, which would render them as PNG...
