Echo needs templates. It will make the code much more manageable and lightweight.
Doing this will also allow for the removal of Echo specific code in MobileFrontend by allowing us to use identical JS for the overlay in both mobile and desktop by using different templates.

Let's thus make it depend on the Mantle extension.
