Once we upgrade to Elasticsearch 1.3 we should:
1.  Enable noop update detection and monitor the noop rate.
2.  Port all scripts to groovy.

Noop detection didn't make it to 1.3 but we implemented it in a script and we did port all scripts to groovy.
