Trying to delete [[hu:TIMMELSJOCH 19 P1000568.jpg]] gives the message

Error deleting file: Could not delete file "mwstore://local-swift-eqiad/local-public/a/a4/TIMMELSJOCH_19_P1000568.jpg".

Why do you think it is the same issue? The error message is clearly different, and bug 69760 comment 1 claims that issue is intermittent, while this one does not seem to be.
