Extension:Parsoid is no longer required.  It should be uninstalled.

Whoops, I forgot that the parsoid extension actually does useful cache-invalidation work in production.  It's just unneeded for installations that don't have a varnish cache.

I'll update the wiki page to make this clear, and close this bug.
