On the French-speaking Wikipedia, the 'help' link in the Compact Personal Bar is "{{ns:help}}:Sommaire" instead of the result "Aide:Sommaire". The syntax "{{ns:help}}" must be computed, either by MediaWiki in PHP either by the JavaScript -- I guess it is easier in PHP and possibly the Resource Loader has some standard way to do that.
