Enable live preview (e.g. on French Wikipedia) and go to a page containing templates and/or hidden categories. E.g.:
https://fr.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Gopherus&action=edit&uselang=en

After clicking on "Show preview", the collapsible feature is gone.

This is because .makeCollapsible() is called from document ready[1][2], instead of from a hook such as "wikipage.content".
