On

  http://dumps.wikimedia.org/other/pagecounts-raw/2014/2014-08/

the latest files showing up are for 2014-08-28 16:00.
No new files arrive hourly.
They also do not show up on gadolinium either.

(On 16:00 the collector has been restarted)
