Problem: A lot of the text in MediaViewer is too small if you're using Monobook. Take a look for yourself: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page?useskin=monobook#mediaviewer/File:App-Michigan_Scoreboard.jpg
Proposed solution: Make the text in MediaViewer larger if the user is using Monobook.
