Go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:AxelBoldt/Sandbox?veaction=edit ,
hit Ctrl-K, enter "Cape Verd". The link target suggestions that appear start with "Cape Verde wabbler" followed by several other irrelevant targets; the most relevant target, "Cape Verde", appears far down the list.
