Hello. As discussed in :it:Discussioni_MediaWiki:Visualeditor-ca-editsource we'd need a way to get the same editing labels of en.wiki (in italian, obviously), that are "Edit", "Edit source" and "Edit beta". Now on it.wiki there are "Modifica sorgente" (edit source) for the classic edit when VE is off and "Modifica" (edit) both for the VE edit and for the classic edit when VE is enabled. There's a way to have three different labels to change according to the consensus that emerged? Thanks, Horcrux92 P.S. Sorry for the probably erroneous categorization.
Hi, what would "Edit Beta" do if you already have the two other buttons? Which problem do you try to solve? What's the URL to the discussion?
(In reply to Andre Klapper from comment #1) > Hi, > what would "Edit Beta" do if you already have the two other buttons? > Which problem do you try to solve? What's the URL to the discussion? https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discussioni_MediaWiki:Visualeditor-ca-editsource We would like to: 1) edit the label "Modifica" (edit) in "Modifica visuale" (visual edit) for the edit made with VE; 2) edit the label "Modifica sorgente" (edit source) in "Modifica" (edit) for the classic edit (when VE is enabled); 3) mantain the label "Modifica" for the classic edit (when VE is disabled); And, if I have correctly understood, the 1 and the 3 are impossible to do together, because both of them refer to MediaWiki:Visualeditor-ca-editsource. The same goes for the label [edit] near the section titles. If it can be useful, I forget to say that on en.wiki (as you may know) VE is disabled by default, while on it.wiki it's enabled by default.
