The message https://translatewiki.net/wiki/MediaWiki:Visualeditor-dialog-action-insert/he was translated on August 21, but still doesn't appear in the Hebrew Wikipedia: https://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Visualeditor-dialog-action-insert .

Is this still a problem? If so, can someone (Niklas/Amir/?) on this bug help point out where the problem might be?

The message that triggered this bug was imported successfully, so I guess that it's fixed now, but I don't know what caused or what fixed it.

This has been going since August 14th so there is something broken still:

That's not VisualEditor and it's caused by 9b986c9cb0169918d41e146096d4d73c3aca58f0
