looking for a bash guru: the bash script for git-update needs to be updated to run all extension and skin updates in parallel. See http://stackoverflow.com/questions/25256627/linux-run-multiple-parallel-commands-print-sequential-output

"Add a script which speeds up update of extensions by updating multiple extensions at the same time. This allows to update all extensions in about a minute (unlike 7 to 15 minutes without it)."
