I have the following:

{{#autoedit:form=Document Form|target={{PAGENAMEE}}|link text=Approve Document|link type=button|query string=Document Template[Approved]=true|reload}}}}

If the page title has an ampersand character in it e.g. "Health & Safety" then the autoedit does nothing.

Running MW 1.23.2, SMW 1.9.2 and SF 3.0.

Ah ha! It looks like the old {{PAGENAMEE}} workaround is no longer needed and causes the issue. Using just {{PAGENAME}} works now.
