If a page is vandalized and somehow is outside the forced review process it should be possible to tag the revision in such a way as to put it in the review process.

One possibility is to let the user mark the edit and then use this to search through the edit history to identify the troublesome revision.

This could be a more general tagging action and as such be outside this extension and in the core instead.
