A user reported at https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=624567385 that a map was pixelated. The map is supposed to be 4500x3439, but it's getting a file that's only 2679x2048. With everyone having big monitors these days, $wgSVGMaxSize = 2048 is too low. I propose it be increased to 4096.
