On ee-flow my Special:Notifications has

YESTERDAY
9 new topic on Talk:Sandbox

Nothing in the "9 new topic on <board>" line is a link.  I would expect "Talk:Sandbox" to be a link to the board. In the Echo flyout the entire line is a link to the board.

(It's not showing the plural form, but on mw.org Special:Notifications has
  3 new topics on Talk:Sandbox
  31 minutes ago
which is in the plural.)
