Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with mobile VE
2.Open a link inspector for any link
3.Tap on the text box to bring up the link target suggestions

Observed Result:
Link target suggestion drop down are appearing cut off to a small size.

Yes, this one got fixed in wmf 22.Marking it as fixed.

Verified the fix in production for desktop and mobile iOS
