Environment- Production, Test2, beta

> open the transclusion for any citation (book/news/journal).
> add a content and a template below the citation in the modal.
> Now highlight the Citation and click to move the citation down.
> Notice that although the citation moves down and the Content moves up, but now the highlight moves to the content instead of staying at the Citation.
