Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Open Media Settings dialog for any image or insert a new image
3.Resize the window down slowly

Observed Result:
There is an extra space appearing below the "Choose a different image" button

This happens when the window is small enough that the dialog has to be made smaller than its normal size. Also happens if the window is just small enough, not only during resizing.
