VisualEditor is replacing categories in articles with "[[MediaWiki:Badtitletext]]". Please fix it as soon as possible or deactivate VE. We do not have any time or desire to check and correct hundreds of revisions caused by broken software.

in [2], there is also some garbage added to an image invocation.

This is caused by bug 70894; we have made an emergency modification to VE which should stop this recurring for now whilst we fix the problem. Sorry for the disruption.
