You can see attachment 16492 [details] for reference. This screenshot is from <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/State_of_the_Union#mediaviewer/File:Livingood_Obama_State_of_the_Union_2011.jpg>.

In the drop-down menu, there's "Original file" next to an exposed span HTML element and the wrong image dimensions. I'm not sure what's going on here.

Confirmed on Chrome 37 / Ubuntu.

I remember this error back from when we created the reuse panel; it's somehow related to not calling one of the OOUI setup functions.
