No idea unless it coincides with server reboots. I would prefer to move sandbox to somewhere else as it takes my limited maintenance resources away from other stuff and generally sandbox gets neglected.
I'm unable to open https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/view/Extensions/ to see if this job is even running currently.

Looks like Jenkins was updated recently, you have probably tried to used it while it was offline. It should work now. All browser tests jobs should be listed here: https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/view/BrowserTests/view/-All/ The job was deleted because it was failing: https://github.com/wikimedia/integration-config/commit/3f431b291eeb99240e11f15348c85ffd44253133
The browser tests jobs for TwnMainPage has been removed on Oct 28th by https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/169358/
