Currently we expose "Locked: no" at Special:CentralAuth. This is weird and confusing. Are you saying that the account is insecure? Am I constantly leaving my account unlocked?

Perhaps this should be tweaked to be more like "Status: normal account" (compare with "Status: locked account") or something.

But it also may make sense to simply remove the message unless the account is actually locked. Does saying "you're not blocked" really help users?
