Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Go to Cite>Basic 
3.Open the drop down box for "Use this group"


Observed Result:
The drop down box appears very small

Sorry ,it is a duplicate, I could not find this bug in BZ, so reported it.
