Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Mail to Tools accounts ($USER@tools.wmflabs.org and tools.$TOOL@tools.wmflabs.org) is broken:

I rebooted tools-mail as I thought maybe it would need to reconnect to the LDAP server after the changes, but the underlying problem apparently is that the LDAP structure/permissions seems to have changed so that /usr/local/sbin/localuser and /usr/local/sbin/maintainers, which resolve tools to their maintainers' addresses and users to their wikitech addresses, are broken:

(And, yes, I tried that with other accounts as well :-).)  Per that, mail to root that is forwarded to tools.admin@tools.wmflabs.org is broken as well.
