Description Gilles Dubuc 2014-09-29 12:21:36 UTC
Second-hand report, sent to me by email by Rainer Rillke. The steps to reproduce (which I haven't checked yet):

- Turn on the Firefogg firefox extension
- Set concurrent uploads to 3
- Try attempting to upload 3+ files

Under these conditions UW will at best upload the first file. The rest is a permanent spinner galore.

ErrorConsole output could be good... Is this the same as bug 69374? Maybe you're more successful in making Mark reply?
Comment 2 Gilles Dubuc 2014-09-29 13:00:24 UTC
I saw a screencap and there was no console error. Just some harmless deprecation warnings. It does look like the same bug, UW being generally broken when Firefogg is turned on. UW has Firefogg-specific code, so we should look into this. Even if the answer still is that it's incompatible and outdated, we need to figure out what to do with that code.

This is confirmed a duplicate of 69374, because both of you were uploading multiple files at once. https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/167883 should be the fix.
