There is a lot of vertical space on phones taken up by metadata and navigation. Readers must scroll past all that to get to the article. 
Move edit and watch icons to right of article title to be consistent with tablet. Make last edited by and disambiguation text smaller.

Kaity, this is a big chunk of work and should probably be turned into a story. Not really actionable at current time.
